REPLACEMENT, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. Our Replacement, Return and Cancellation policies give you buyer protection and ensure that you do not get any ugly surprises post your purchase.
REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY
In the highly unlikely event that any product you ordered from us is received in damaged or defective condition, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you will get the replacement for the exact same product as was originally ordered by you (request for any other product as replacement will not be valid).
If the product received is damaged/incorrect, you have to intimate us within 24 hours of product delivery.
To initiate replacement request please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of damaged product as reference. Replacement requests will not be valid post 24 hours of product delivery.
After the replacement request is accepted, Our logistics partner will attempt pickup from your original delivery address. However at the time of pickup, If return request/hand-over of the package is denied/ intentionally delayed by you or if you do not reply to the email within 48 hours, return request will not be entertained.
After the product is received in unused and the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags intact, the original product as was ordered by you will be reshipped to you.
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for replacement or refund.
In the rarest case, if we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount in the form of Store Credits.
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products and want to return them, please email us within 24 hours of product delivery. Our team will guide you with return process. Return requests will not be valid post 24 hours of product delivery. You can initiate the return process by emailing us at email@example.com.
After the return request is accepted, Our logistics partner will attempt pickup from your original delivery address. However at the time of pickup, If return request/hand-over of the package is denied/ intentionally delayed by you or if you do not reply to the email within 48 hours, return request will not be entertained.
After the product is received in undamaged, unused condition along with the original box and tags intact, the amount will be refunded back within 5 working days after we receive back the product in the form of Store Credits.
No refunds will be given if products are returned in used or damaged condition.
In case product photo is requested for return and you fail to provide so, return request can not be accepted.
Return is not applicable to Bridal Sets and customized products.
If customer has any issues regarding the package pickup, the same can be shipped by the customer from her/his end only after receiving a confirmation e-mail from us. The return shipping address will be provided on e-mail. Shipping charges of upto Rs 100 will be reimbursed.
– Store credits can be redeemed either of partial amount (if your order amount is less than store credit available) or in full (if your order amount is equal to or more than store credit available) to purchase products from our website.
– No returns will be accepted on purchases made using store credit.
– Store credit will be valid for one year from date of initial order.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS
In case of an event that the customer wishes to cancel or modify their order, they should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate their request. However, once an order has been shipped we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of purchase.
CANCELLATION BY GEHNOOR
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and have to cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, product out of stock or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the said amount will be reversed back.
